卵：球形，浅黄色，常成块产在叶背，表面覆盖绒毛。Eggs: Spherical, pale yellow, laid in clusters on leaf undersides, covered with hairs.
幼虫：体长可达35–40 mm，体色多变（绿色、褐色或黑色），体侧有明显斜纹。Larvae: Up to 35–40 mm long, variable in color (green, brown, or black), with distinct diagonal stripes along the sides.
蛹：红褐色，土壤中化蛹。Pupa: Reddish-brown, pupates in the soil.
